Real Eyes Production was started for one reason; bring back great customer service. REPAV got its start in 2007 when the owners of REP met while working at one of Atlanta’s premier hotels.

Individually we worked as audiovisual sales managers and operations managers to develop our business, customer service and technical skills. As we progressed through the years, we understood the need for an audiovisual company with our core values.

Lew Dickson

COO

He has an extensive background in audience analysis, marketing and
communications strategies and message development which results in a
successful track record with customer satisfaction. Mr. Dickson has had the
opportunity to hone his skills in several areas of Audio Visual since the start
of his career.

As the current Senior VP and COO of Real Eyes Production, REP AV.
Mr. Dickson has gained invaluable lessons under Marriott and Starwood
brand hotels, modules as a part of his customer relations.

Mr. Dickson is a results – oriented leader with the proven capability to
develop and execute both short and long term business plans. He works
with the mindset that your vision in his hands is a vision realized!

Greg Menshcing

CMO

With more than 15+ years of experience in the Live Event Production, He has gained expert knowledge of media equipment, system design, equipment installation, and event
production via formal training and professional on-the-job work experience.

He has an extensive background in Marketing, Sales and Operations
having worked for several Fortune 500 companies in the Nashville
and Atlanta regions, Greg has fine tuned his skills while working as an
on-site Technician, Sales Engineer, Installation Design Engineer and
Event Project Manager. His areas of expertise include: Radio/TV,
Recording Studio, Live Performance and Live Event Production
Management and has enjoy many years of successful events along the way.

Greg has a passion for using technology to help solve clients’ problems with proper research and design. He believes
that all problems are just visions that have not been designed and executed
