Real Eyes Production Audiovisual Services (REPAV) was first opened in 2008, but the origin of our story begins even sooner. In 2005, the owners of REPAV met while working on a show together at one of Atlanta's premier hotel venues.
Individually, they worked as managers in audiovisual sales and operations to develop their businesses, customer service and technical skills. As they progressed through the years, they each realized the need for solid work ethic, commitment to detail, and a customer-first philosophy.
Weekly meetings focused on labor percentages instead of customer satisfaction were common. Something needed to change, and REPAV was born. That's why we made it our mission to bring back stellar customer service, one event at a time.
Bringing your vision to life requires detailed planning and creativity. We believe that the first step of that process is listening to our clients needs.

Greg Mensching, a native of New Jersey, has more than 15+ years of experience in the Live Event Production, Equipment Design and
Performance industries.
He has gained expert knowledge of media equipment, system design, equipment installation, and event production, and has an extensive background in Marketing, Sales and Operations
Greg has refined his skills while working for several Fortune 500 companies in the Nashville and Atlanta regions
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling, studying new technology, music, movies, swimming, playing drums, and driving
Lew Dickson, a native of Washington, DC possesses more than 15 years of experience in Media Arts, Communications, Operations, Marketing and Sales. Having a genuine love for all things music, Mr. Dickson received his B.S. in Recording Arts from the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Dickson has gained invaluable lessons under Marriott and Starwood
brand hotels, as an Audio Visual Technician, Operations Manager, Sr. Sales Manager, and Director of Audiovisual Services to name a few.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife & daughter,
traveling, muscle conditioning and attending sporting events.
Kevin Young, a graduate of Frostburg State University where he received his B.S. in Mass Communications, has received numerous commendations for his steadfast work in the field of Audiovisual Management.
His career has placed him in various positions such as an Audiovisual Specialist with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, and Director of Audiovisual Services with the Loews, Hilton, Westin, and Marriott Hotels.
Mr. Young is a humble man devoted to his faith and family. When he is not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys golfing, exercising and traveling.
